McFarlane Lake Mining Limited Announces Continuance Under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario)
Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – January 27, 2022) – McFarlane Lake Mining Limited (NEO: MLM) (formerly, 1287401 B.C. Ltd.) (the “Company” or “McFarlane“) is pleased to announce that it has filed articles of continuance to continue the Company out of the Province of British Columbia and into the Province of Ontario under the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) (the “Continuance“). The Continuance was approved by the shareholders of the Company by written special resolution dated January 13, 2022, and the effective date of the articles of continuance is January 26, 2022. The Continuance was completed in connection with the reverse takeover transaction with McFarlane Lake Mining Incorporated, which was completed on January 14, 2022.
